This photo was taken at dawn on 11/20/2010. I was near the twin RR trestles, looking upstream. The Blossom Street Bridge can be seen in the distance as it crosses the Congaree River. The sky color is from the Belt of Venus, the atmospheric phenomenon that is visible for a brief time at dawn and dusk.
