Artist's Description

The Gervais Street Bridge, taken from the Blossom Street Bridge on 10-6-15. Two days after the rain stopped...the earliest I could legally get on the BSB, as the Cayce and Columbia Police had the sidewalks blocked. Compare the water level at the bridge arches to the photo I made on 9-19-15.
